Apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is located on calle Asunción (Los Remedios), just next to the Triana neighbourhood and very close to Calle Betis - a popular street with beautiful views over the Guadalquivir river. The main centre is a 20 minute walk from the apartment, which can accommodate up to 4 guests.
The living area is furnished with a corner sofa, dining table, chairs and TV. A small balcony (4x1.5m) faces Asunción street. The kitchen is adjacent to the living room and is fully equipped with all main utensils and modern appliances: microwave-oven, dishwasher and washing-machine. There is a private inner patio (4x5m) to dry clothes.
The master bedroom has twin beds (90x200cm) and a wardrobe. En-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, washbasin and WC. The second bedroom also has twin beds (90x200cm) and a wardrobe. Each room includes a small TV.
There is a second bathroom available with a walk-in shower, just off the living room.

Location
Los Remedios is a residential neighbourhood just outside the touristy centre, about 20-30 minutes' walk from the main monuments around the Cathedral. It is well connected, whether by bus, metro or hiring a bicycle.
Calle Asunción is a pedestrian shopping area, where you can find all type of international clothes stores, as well as pharmacies, banks, cafés, small supermarkets, and a multitude of restaurants and bars where you can taste traditional tapas. If you walk 5 minutes down Calle Asunción toward the city centre you'll reach Plaza de Cuba, which branches off into streets like Calle Betis, bordering the Guadalquivir river.
