Discounted rates have been applied to reflect renovations taking place within the complex from January through May & then again September through December. All amenities will remain accessible; however, the pool will not be heated during this time.
*Based on the daily temperature and at HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during Thanksgiving week and March to mid-April.
