Bedroom: King Bed | Living Room has twin sleeper sofa. Full size air mattress in bathroom closet.
INDOOR LIVING: Open-concept interior, curtain for bedroom and bathroom entry. No interior doors. Gas only fireplace no woodstove use. Roku flat-screen TV, .Wi-fi internet (3 Meg all available up north) large jacuzzi tub.
OUTDOOR LIVING: 2 Kayaks, 2 mountain bikes (seasonal), spacious semi-private yard, picnic table, bonfire pit (firewood provided), charcoal grill (coals & starter fluid NOT provided).
KITCHEN: Well equipped w/ cooking basics, coffee maker, 2 seat breakfast bar, toaster, gas stove/oven, double sink, island. Table for two for your romantic special dinner. Full size refrigerator no ice maker.
GENERAL: Linens/towels, trash bags, paper towels, hair dryer, gas wall mounted furnace in living room (thermostat by doorway next to fridge), gas radiator in bathroom (PLEASE DONT TURN OFF LEAVE ON LOW). One 10,000 btu air conditioner in bedroom.
FAQ: Waterfront property w/ no fence. NO PETS allowed. Wifi in the country is very slow and so is cell service, especially on holiday weekends. Dont count on a strong enough internet connection here to try working remote. Boat launch/swimming beach located in campground by fieldhouse.
PARKING: Driveway (3 vehicles), room for 1 trailer. Winter stays 1 vehicle. No offstreet parking.
Please leave porch light ON when checking out. Please turn thermostat to 60 In living room. Bathroom radiator please turn to low NOT on pilot or off. Please place all trash in can on porch or in dumpster. Thank you
