Guests of Prista Vacation Rentals can enjoy the heated bi-level pool and hot tub at Margate Tower (year-round). However, the resort fitness center facilities, the Embassy Suites Complex Splash Park and other resort pools located throughout Kingston Resort are not accessible to private vacation rental guests.
HOA policy states that the guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire length of the stay.
Additionally, smoking is NOT permitted inside the condo or out on the balcony. Pets are not allowed at any time.
Please Note: Resort management restricts golf cart rentals to the on-site Kingston golf cart rental office. Guests who wish to bring their personal golf carts may do so, only after completing a registration form with the resort office prior to arrival.
