With 800 feet of brook + brook-fed, swimming pond and waterfall on 2 acres of private land. Beautiful flower gardens in the summer. You are in the Green Mountains but less 2 minutes from a gas station, groceries, restaurants and ski shop and bike shop.
Total land is 5.5 acres. Park 2 x SUVs in the driveway and 3 x SUVs across the road in from of our barn (not included in the rental). Flat land and 800 feet to hard surface roads.
High quality Xfinity (Comcast) cable feed for TVs, Internet and landline. Excellent cell phone service. This is our second home, with well-equipped kitchen and amenities. Pets allowed.
