Welcome to our old farmhouse in Springerville that is a beautifully renovated 3-bedroom home built in 1948, the same year Springerville officially became a town. This home is a true piece of local history, constructed with sturdy concrete walls and thoughtful craftsmanship that has lasted generations. Many of the original architectural details remain, including the charming solid-wood doors and the original fireplace, now updated with a cozy and efficient wood-burning stove insert perfect for cool mountain evenings.
Step into the spacious, fully renovated kitchen, where you’ll find everything you need to cook for the whole family. The kitchen includes a full spice cabinet, plenty of cookware, and modern appliances while still carrying the soul of its 1940s roots. The open layout makes it easy to gather, cook, and enjoy meals together.
The home features a living room with a TV for movie nights with a wood stove for our cool winter weather. We’ve also stocked the house with **toys, puzzles, and board games** to keep kids (and grown-ups!) entertained.
