Additionally, this loft is close to many shops, restaurants, markets, and the Yale shuttle on State St. This cozy loft includes all utilities- high-speed internet and workspace, heat, hot water, air conditioning, an electric fireplace, a fully functional kitchen with all essentials, a bathroom with bathtub, brand new queen-sized bed with memory foam mattress pad and hypoallergenic mattress protector, double sized futon sofa with double-sized mattress also with memory foam mattress pad, dresser and closet with storage. This two floor loft, is well lighted and open with lots of natural sunlight. There are two skylights over the vaulted ceilings in the living space. This apartment has stairs in it with a custom airplane wire railing which leads to the second floor bedroom and bathroom.
There is free street parking available usually directly in front of the building, or nearby. The apartment is two floors, a flight of stairs and two half flights up to the apartment, and has five other private apartments in a safe and secure building. Walk steps from your front door to many of New Haven’s best and most famous restaurants and pizzerias on State Street! If you are new to town my partner and I are happy to help get you settled in and offer a guide to local markets, shops, restaurants, and more. There is a grassy, communal courtyard area with internet access in a gated, private area behind the building. There are benches and two outdoor dining tables with chairs for your enjoyment.
