Step into the open layout with a comfortable seating area along with a bright, fully equipped kitchen with a gas range and wood counters. Open the sliding glass door to reveal the lovely views from the deck, along with a seating area and gas grill. The bedroom upstairs has a comfortable bed and a full-sized bathroom. There is a convenient washer and dryer on site as well.
The lower level features two more bedrooms, along with a full bathroom as well. There is another deck that offers coverage in the event of rain and more stunning views. The shared pool, basketball, and tennis courts are located in the center of the neighborhood! This home is nearby downtown Banner Elk, the town of Boone, Seven Devils, as well as Sugar Mountain, making this a great destination in any season.
