Positive: An older house with 4 rooms (one is rented long term) and 2 bathrooms and a shared kitchen (with too less plates, cups, cooking gear) also in a residential area about 25 minute walk from PATH station Journal Square. Rooms are decorated modern and cozy. A little noisy, so pray for quite tenants as we had. Shower nice with amnesties, though the foot mattress was dirty. We could check in earlier, which was a big relief for us and the whole communication with the hosts was easy.

Negative: We stayed in mid of November and the house was cold. Luckily we had a heater for our room.
