Kitchen with oven, stovetop, microwave and fridge. No pets or smoking. Minimum renter age of 25. Please note that linens (bed and bath) are not provided. Wireless internet and a TV with Roku available to connect with your personal Netflix, Amazon, etc accounts. Two residential parking permits to park at an unmetered spot in town. No parking in lot out front. Guests must purchase $79 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3000 in accidental damage.
Between May 15th -September 1st 7 night minimum, Saturday-Saturday. Short term stays welcome during shoulder and off season. Monthly and long term rentals available October-May, please inquire for rates and details.
