Summary: First, I'd like to thank John for hosting us, I've never has such a communicative host. None of my pros or cons were communicated with John directly, it was a busy week. I've got a list of pros and cons for this location: Cons: 1. AC not properly installed in bedroom, held together with masking tape and fills a 5 gallon bucket which must be dumped every 24-48 hours (it's heavy and messy to dump) 2. Extreme electrical limitation. 3. Everything was DIY in this place, cut twice measure once. Lots of fit, finish, and mateiral problems. 4. TV needs replacing 5. The mattresses, pillows and couch are pretty stained. 6. No wifi, no router to reboot. 7. The stairs are dangerous as they are unevenly worn soft wood. 8. the shower curtain. The screws are on the top of the rod, which means you have to manuver the curtain over the screws while water is spraying all over the floor. Pros: 1.Brick walls and old wood floors look great. 2.Secure 3.Quiet 4. No bedbugs 5. Clean linens 6. Well stocked with basics like cleaning supplies, toilet paper, etc. 7. Pretty comfortable. 8. Great price Final notes: The overall industrial chic live work reclaimed material look does grow on you. I would likely return to this location again though I would like to see the AC and the Shower Curtain issue fixed as these were both extremely frustrating on a daily basis. Thanks again for having us John.
