This Boathouse is an original. In fact, there are very few remaining and no more can legally be built above the water. This one is grandfathered and beautifully decorated to maintain authentic feel. This incredible cottage has a 25 foot screened porch/living/second dining area with a Flat screen tv, and views for miles! The master bedroom has a queen bed and half bath, the second bedroom and third bedroom have a queen . The kitchen is fully equipped with every thing that you would need.
The property outside has a private beach, which only 5 units share. There is a bonfire pit on the beach for S'mores and evening fires. There is a shuffle board court, pingpong table, and a new bouncing raft platform to swim out to. The Boathouse has a large deck on the water with table, chairs and loungers for your use, as well.
We are located one mile from Weirs Beach, 5 miles from Gunstock, and close to all of the Lakes Regions offerings.
