Up to 3 dogs welcome – especially goldens ;) Saunders Point is a serene, family friendly residential neighborhood that is great for going on walks w/your pups.
Easy walk to both natural sand beach & swimming dock. Beach is behind dock w/gradual entry into protected, shallow wading area, ideal for kids and/or pups. Stand-up paddleboard, 2-person sit-in tandem kayak & 5 sit-in single person kayaks (10') are ready-to-go w/paddles & life vests. NEW for ‘25 – youth mountain & 2 BMX bikes!
Spacious dock offers loungers for sunning, adirondacks in covered area for shade, electricity & lighting. Set back from neighboring docks within quiet cove makes floating on SML's crystal clear emerald water relaxing for kids & adults alike :) Newer 12'x12' floater w/steps allows for ease of entry into kayaks.
