Welcome to my home. With 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bath, this well appointed home has everything you need for a great week in the Green Bay area. Full kitchen with a granite prep counter island and all the kitchen appliances and supplies needed for all your dining needs. The dining table expands and can easily seat eight people and the bar height counter with four chains allow for entertaining a large group.
The first floor includes a cozy living room with built in bookcases and 65" tv. An open office room in the front includes a large lego collection. The first floor also includes a guest suite with private bath with a walk in shower and a four seasons room with bench seating and piano for your enjoyment. A main half bath rounds out the first floor.
The second floor includes the master bedroom with tray ceiling, walk in closet, and queen size bed. The master bath includes a 3/4 shower and a separate jetted tub with dual vanities. Three more bedrooms provide lots of sleeping space and privacy, and a second full bathroom is available on the second floor, which also includes dual vanities and a full tub/shower.
The back yard provides plenty of room for activities (almost 3/4 of an acre) and the patio includes a small freestanding firepit. The three stall garage provide room for two vehicles and the wide driveway provides ample parking for your group. The street is quiet and the open farmer's field directly across the street provides opportunity to see deer, turkey, and other wildlife.
Located on the east ridge of the Fox River Valley, a short drive brings you to many shopping options including Costco, Target, Pick N Save, and local restaurants. Easy access to hwy 172 provides a quick 10-15 ride to the Stadium District which provides more shopping, restaurants, and other activities for you enjoyment. There are two air mattresses and two additional twin mattresses that can be set up for additional guests.
