As our guest, you can park in the driveway. Just know, the basement is off-limits as the owner uses it for storage. It's unoccupied during your stay and it is very unlikely that access is needed to the basement, but if you want a heads-up if or when the owner goes down there to get or put away things, or for maintenance, just let us know before you book.
