Located in the heart of the East Bay, Downtown Warren, RI is a hot bed for arts, food, and culture. The house is right around the corner from art galleries, award winning restaurants, antique shops, breweries, nightlife, outdoor activities, and waterfront views.
Parks, Playgrounds, and the 14 mile long East Bay Bike Path all within walking distance. Minutes to picturesque Colt State Park
Closest swimmable beach is the Warren Town Beach (5-10min Walk). Closest ocean beaches are Second and Third Beach in Middletown, RI (30 min drive). Many great playgrounds in the area as well.

We can accommodate up to 8 people total with the beds and the sofa bed. Please be aware that there is only one bathroom, so it is a tight fit at max capacity.
Eat in kitchen with everything you will need for your stay and more! Large living room has additional dining space, couches, and TV.
Large shared backyard with a grill, patio dining, fire pit, swing set, sand box with kids toys. If you need any kid items, I’m sure we can set you up before you arrive. Guest washer and dryer available in basement laundry room.
We have two bikes for guests to use. The East Bay Bike Path cuts right through Warren - Bring your bikes!! 2 Kayaks available on Bristol Harbor.
Long term tenants live downstairs in the 1st floor apartment, so some common areas like the porch, entrance, laundry room, and backyard are shared.
Guests welcome, but NO PARTIES. This is a quiet neighborhood. We have had some bad experiences with groups breaking this rule, so if you aren’t sure, just ask.
Free street parking available in front of the house. All public parking in Warren is free. Bus to Providence and the rest of the East Bay right around the corner. Uber and Lyft readily available.
