We're located in a safe residential neighborhood. The streets are clean and organized. It's safe to walk around, you'll see nearby residents walking their dog or going for a stroll after work. Within 5 minutes from the front door:

We allow 4 vehicles maximum. There is a security camera and a noise sensor near the front door. The occupancy limit of our home is 8 guests. We cannot host more than 8 guests in our home at any one time due to city occupancy regulation. We allow guests to log in to their own Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and YouTube TV accounts. We do not provide login credentials for these services as part of your stay. If you log in to your account, please be sure to log out before checking out. There is a mild gradient near the front door walking in to the bedroom with the foosball table. There are dogs in the neighborhood that bark sometimes.
