Positive: Great value! We had a rental reservation that was canceled last minute through another company, so I really appreciated the accuracy, communication, and helpfulness of Booking and Evolve (unlike our other “vacation rental by owner” company). Pool was a nice plus. Great for hot days where we didn’t want to go to the beach. Easy access to downtown lewes and beach (10mins by car) and Cape Henlopen (15mins), plus stores, restaurants, and rehoboth beach. Good communication with both property management company and contact person. Nice having dishwasher, washer dryer, as well as sheets and towels provided. Great surprise to have that amazing bakery and distillery right there! And the bike trail was wonderful for running and my daughter and I even walked to Lewes one day (a little over an hour)

Negative: We couldn’t find a dustpan (but there was a broom). One of the slats of the folding bed was broken so it wasn’t really usable. Fortunately we were only five so the sofa bed worked for the fifth person (however its really a twin size sofa bed fyi). There were two bikes there (which was a nice surprise) but one had a completely flat tire that needs to be replaced (we ended up not using the other one but I would recommend bringing or renting bikes for easy access along the trail to Lewes beach)
