The Space:
Our three-bedroom townhomes at Vista Cay Orlando are designed to feel just like home. With fully-equipped kitchens and generous space, you'll have a cozy, comfortable base for your Orlando adventures. We've thought of everything for your convenience:
- First Floor: A spacious bedroom with its own private bathroom.
- Second Floor: The main living area, kitchen, and a convenient half bathroom.
- Third Floor: Two additional suites, each with its own private bathroom.
It's truly like having your own house, making for a fun and easy stay!
Guest Access:
Enjoy easy and secure access to the house with your personal door code, and a gate code will get you into the resort.

- No Pets Allowed: For health and safety reasons, we unfortunately cannot accommodate pets of any kind, including service animals. Violation of this policy will result in an immediate $1000 fee and eviction without refund.
- No Parties or Events: To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, parties and events are not permitted on the property. Any violation will result in the cancellation of your reservation.
