Bring the whole family and some friends to this great space with lots of room for fun. Two separate yet adjoining apartments.
These are newly furnished apartments (main floor & upstairs) that share an entryway for easy access back and forth, but plenty of privacy for multiple families/groups.
Enjoy a comfortable retreat in Amish country! These are apartments in a separate shop/building away from the house. One of these spacious apartments has a gorgeous sunroom with a hammock so you can relax while soaking up the rays or make use of the desk and enjoy the sun while you work. We offer free wifi.
Bedrooms: There are 2 large bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen bed, an alarm clock with a noise machine, and USB outlets to charge your electronics. There is also a small room off the main bedroom in the upstairs apartment that has bunk beds.
Bathrooms: Both bathrooms are fully stocked with shampoo, body wash, a hairdryer and plenty of towels/washcloths for your stay. On the main floor there is bathtub/shower combination, with a removable shower head. On the 2nd floor there is a shower, no tub.
Living Room: The living rooms are each furnished with 2 sofas, one of which is a hide-a-bed with a new memory foam mattress (one on main floor, one on 2nd level) . There are 2 50” LG Smart TV with access to popular local and cable channels. You will also be able to access your own streaming services such at Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, etc. We have also provided a DVD player with some DVD’s, games, and books for your enjoyment.
Kitchen: Fully furnished kitchen with a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker, mixer and popcorn popper, along with pots, pans and utensils on the main floor. The 2nd level has no stove top, only a countertop convection oven, large enough to fit 2 large pizzas. There is a full size fridge, a microwave, and a Keurig coffee maker.
Laundry: There is an iron/iron board for your use. There is also a washer and dryer on the main floor.
Backyard: Our backyard has wide open spaces to for you to enjoy. Your kids are welcome to make use of the trampoline. Feel free to walk around the yard. We may be working outside/in the garden and would love to chat with you, but we also want to give you the privacy you want. We have a friendly Golden Retriever, but his fence does not allow him access to the front door of the apartment. If you come into the yard however, he will be more than happy to greet you.
You will be less than 5 minutes from Middlebury which boasts Das Dutchman Essenhaus restaurant, the Pumpkinvine bike trail, 15 minutes from Shipshewana which is known for its Flea Market, shops and Blue Gate Theater; 25 minutes from some great shopping centers in Goshen; and being located just minutes from the toll road, only 45 minutes from Notre Dame.
Guests have access to both apartments, including a laundry room, fully stocked kitchens, and fully stocked bathrooms . There is also a big yard to enjoy with a trampoline.
