You are allotted 4 spaces on the driveway All other vehicles must be parked on the street.

**Our Rules**
The maid’s cabinets with locks located in the laundry room is off limits to guests. Garage is also off limits. Also the utility room/storage in the basement is off limits.
No smoking inside the house. If smoking outside, please dispose of your trash in the trash bin placed on the side. Evidence of smoking inside or smell may result in a $350 cleaning fee.
No pets allowed.
No parties or gatherings.
Extra unforeseen cleaning may result in a $250 cleaning fee.
Please refrain from eating downstairs or upstairs eating should only be done on the MAIN level kitchen and dining area.
