Summary: Everything was great except for the wi-fi connection. Sometimes it worked - sometimes it didn't. Either fix it or tell the guests there is no wi-fi so we don't waste time with it. I just need a few minutes a day. We have stayed in Appalachian Springs several times before and the wi-fi worked fine.
