Welcome to this spectacular South Chatham property! Situated on a secluded acre with a stunning view of the marshlands, with Red River Beach and Nantucket Sound beyond, photos simply do not do it justice. There are multiple decks on two levels to take maximum advantage of the entrancing vista. The main level deck offers a beautiful dining table and chairs for when it's just too nice to dine indoors. Your summer outdoor living experience is further enhanced by the enclosed outdoor shower, gas grill and wood burning fire pit.
Inside this home presents just under 4,000 square feet of luxurious living space. The open floorplan starts with the sparkling chef's kitchen, fully equipped and ready for you to operate in style. It's all stainless steel and granite, of course, and includes a wine fridge. There's a large center island with seating for three – perfect for kids' snacks or lunch, or meal prep kibitzers.
The charming box beam ceiling sets the high-end tone for this house and carries over from the kitchen into the dining area which seats eight and living room with a large, comfy sectional couch and large smart TV.
