Newly renovated, even since 2024! 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bath cottage located in the gated community of Seaglass Village. This cottage provides a resort-style stay with access into amenities and community events .
The largest great rooms of our models, With 2 dining areas and 2 living areas. The kitchen has a center island and seating, for 4. Along with 3 TV's to enjoy. There is also a bistro table that opens with 4 chairs in the sun room/ perfect for workspace and meals at home. An Outdoor grill is included.
The sunroom has a panoramic view of the area greenery and a sectional to put your feet up after a long day relaxing at the pool, clubhouse, beach, or playing mini golf next door. Minutes away from Wells, Footbridge, and Ogunquit beaches. There is a chair that converts to a single bed.
Walk to all onsite Amenities, and there are plenty of them! Pickleball Courts, Tennis, Bocce, Putting Green, Shuffle Board, a Large Resort Style Adult pool with a hot tub, 1 Large children's pool, a walking pool, a wave pool. Clubhouse with kitchen, TV, bar, and card games to join or visit the Exercise Studio for a workout or class.
Bedrooms: There are 2 bedrooms and 1 and a half bathrooms: Continuing to be upgraded as recently as 2024 with more planned for 2025. Besides a sectional sofa, the sunroom has a unique single bed. A privacy slider with blind ( coming). Portable AC is in there as well.
The Master Bedroom Suite has been recently painted and the bonus master bathroom has all new fixtures. You will love the lighted mirror.
The Guest Bedroom is right out of HGTV! complete with shiplap walls! Recently done and very nautical. A oscillating wall fan provides extra breexe for the hot nights.
Included at the club house card games, puzzles, a sand bar, contests, bands with dancing for all, outdoor fire place
Plenty to do in our award winning Clubhouse which is walkable from the cottage or Golf Cart rental can be arranged.
Just bring your beach gear and flip flops and enjoy this fabulous escape.
