The main house has 2,056 sf, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There's a fully equipped kitchen area with large open kitchen, dining and living area with high vaulted ceilings, large flat screen TV and large wrap around deck, partially covered. Main/bottom level has 2 bedrooms, both w/ queen beds, upstairs has a nice open loft sitting area with sleeper sofas and 1 large bedroom with a queen bed, and a living room area with a sleeper sofa and a large flat screen TV. Garage apartment has another 1,073 sf with 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. 1 bedroom has 2 twin beds and other 2 bedrooms have queen beds, and a living area with a TV, dining table, and sleeper sofa. Hardwood and tile floors throughout. Set up to sleep 13 comfortably, in beds, but more on sleeper sofas if you'd like. There is also a charcoal grill outside, and a fire-pit in the backyard.
