The great room has hardwood floors, floor to ceiling windows with sliding doors , wrap-around sectional, a fireplace with gas burning logs, cathedral ceilings, 55' HDTV, DVD, sound system. Third floor has a loft with 32' HDTV and another large bedroom (1 king, 1 full and 1 twin bed) with private bathroom, as well as dual fireplace. This is an ideal home for entertaining.
The house is located close to two major NY alpine skiing areas but can be enjoyed any time of the year. There is a creek across the road where one can swim and fish, there are two lakes (Colgate and North/South), - 20 min drive. Roads are perfect for bicycling. There are multiple hiking trails within 30 min drive all around. Woodstock and Phoenicia (popular art destinations) are 40 min away. There are also two major music festivals held at Hunter Mountain in the beginning of every June, Celtic festival in September and Oktoberfest.
