Summary: We stayed here for 5 nights between Christmas and New Year's and can't say enough good things about the home. The owner clearly pays attention to all the little details, as the home was magnificent. The photos don't do it justice how beautiful and well appointed the home is. The property, the heated garage, the massive mud room greet you when you enter. The enourmous kitchen, dinig and living rooms are all open, which makes the first floor a great space for the family to hang or host a larger group. There are 3 bedrooms including the master on the second floor. The master bathroom and closet are enourmous and the views from the master bedroom are stunning. With a gas fireplace, it's the perfect way to wake up and simply enjoy the views of Mt. Mansfield. There is ample storage in all bedrooms, which is always a challenge when traveling, but with great closets and dressers, we could actually unpack and not have to live out of our suitcases. There is an addiitonal bedroom in the basement with another large bathroom. While technically the basement, it has a walkout door, with plenty of natural light. The crown jewel in our opinion was the movie theater, which again is not done justice with the photos. We ended every night watching a movie or two, which felt like we were in a theater, only more comfortable. All in all, this home felt like we were staying at a highend luxury resort.
