Built in 2007 and equipped with high-end features, Timberline Cove comes with a breath-taking view of Lake Dillon and the surrounding mountains, underground heated parking garage, separate ski locker next to the garage, elevator and two common outdoor hot tubs overlooking the lake to relax in after a hard day of skiing.
Unit 203 has a prime location in the building for spectacular views of Lake Dillon and the surrounding mountains. The unit includes a full kitchen, gas grill, gas fireplace, WIFI, private laundry facilities, 2 wall mounted flat screen TV's, one in the living area and another in the den. Bedding goes King bed in the master bedroom, Queen bed in the second bedroom and an additional Queen sized sofa sleeper. The sofa sleeper is a La-z-boy air mattress that comes complete with pump and is very comfortable. In addition, the master bath includes an oversized jetted tub and separate stand up shower.
