The Space:
Enjoy your time in this spacious, single level, vacation home on Lake Balboa. There are two Master Bedrooms in this home, one with a King bed, one with a Queen. In the third bedroom there is a Queen bed, and 2 twin beds in the fourth bedroom. Plenty of room for the whole family! Take a swim, fish to your hearts content,or relax and enjoy the lake and the backyard water feature from the beautiful back patio.There is a Flat Screen TV, Free WiFi and Cable to catch up on your favorite shows, or watch a good movie! There is also a fully equipped Kitchen, including a Keurig Coffee Maker and a nice BBQ grill to make all your favorite meals. This house is a wonderful place to vacation.

Guests can only enter through 2 of the gates - Be sure to read the instructions carefully to ensure a hassle free commute and check in.

Pets are limited to housebroken domestic animals. A pet fee of $50.00 will be required and is a nonrefundable fee. Guest agrees to disclose the breed and weight of each pet. Host may refuse to allow pet occupancy. All pets are required to be on a leash anytime outside of home.

Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, give the guard your name, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions.
