This modern & spacious single-level country home is great for a single person, you and your spouse, family, group of friends, or hunting group! Built in 2017, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home offers an open floor plan, a comfortable stay all on one floor, large rooms, central air, and views of our privately owned woods and frequent wildlife in our fields. The kitchen is all set with a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, pots & pans, dinnerware/utensils and coffee maker, has an island, and breakfast bar seating. The living room features a beautiful gas fireplace and adjoins the dining area with dining table. The master bedroom is private on one end of the home and includes one full bed and one queen bed, walk-in closet and master bath with double sinks, standup shower, and whirlpool tub. The second bedroom has one queen bed and one full bed, the third bedroom has one queen bed, and the guest bath with shower & tub is located next to these bedrooms. Fresh linens and towels are always provided. There is plenty of space in the kitchen, living & dining room for activities, a large yard for outdoor activities, and large loop driveway offering free private parking and ample space for your trucks and/or trailers. You're just over a 5 minutes' drive to Phillips with a grocery store, several bars/restaurants, shopping, bait & tackle shop, coffee shop, parks, movie theater, library and more. There are abundant recreational opportunities nearby including activities on the Phillips chain of lakes, several other area lakes, fishing, boating, nearby golf courses, snowmobile and ATV trails, and 1000s of acres of public land -- you're near the 'Ruffed Grouse Capital of the World"! From the property, you have direct access to the ATV route and you can ride 1.5 miles (down Aspen Rd) to access the snowmobile trails. Minocqua and Rhinelander are just an hour away. This is the perfect place to have a vacation and unwind with endless activities nearby. We offer free WiFi for you to connect to your phone, your favorite apps on the smart TV or to stay caught up on work (only if you must!). There is a desk area in the kitchen. You will frequently see a stunning sunset over the field, and there is only one neighbor in sight who is across the road (tucked behind trees). Welcome to your home sweet home away!
