The home also offers a large kitchen, formal living room, spacious dining room & HUGE den / family room. Super cozy secondary living space, perfect for relaxing with the entire family! Large panoramic windows w/ expansive open sky views, oversized 14’ sectional couch & ottoman, 70” Sony smart TV, foosball table, CDs/DVDs/Books/Games & Full size futon.
The 2025 balloon fiesta is early October… Book early before properties fill up.
Note: The property has 7 exterior security cameras... the 4 that face patio gathering areas ( 1 front / 3 back) will be deactivated effective 3pm day of check-in & reactivated 12pm day of checkout. The 2 driveway facing cameras + 1 camera on SE front side of property will remain active for general security purposes. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out.
