Welcome to the Barefoot Bungalow Vacation Cabin at Bridges Bay Resort. Your reservation secures SIX daily passes to the Boji Splash Waterpark, Pool, and Swim-up Bar. Bridges Bay Resort offers two direct waterfront restaurants the Waterfront American Grille and Bracco World Cafe & Beach Bar, live music, on-site fitness center, arcade and game room, private fully stocked fishing pond, basketball court, zip-line adventure, outdoor children's play station and outdoor shelter with gas grills. The waterfront of the resort offers an expansive docking system for short term boat tie ups.
The Barefoot Bungalow sleeps 8+ and offers two full bathrooms. Two bedrooms on the main level sleeping four with the primary bedroom offering a King bed and the second bedroom offering a Queen bed. The primary has an attached bathroom shared with guests. Also on the main level a fully stocked kitchen with gadgets and appliances galore including a crockpot, Berkley water filter, Vitamix, 3 pot crockpot, waffle iron, juicer, popcorn maker, hotplate/griddle, regular coffee pot with filters included (bring your choice of coffee). Up the stairs to the second level is a loft landing with additional sleeping space for air mattresses. The third private bedroom provides a queen bed and crib. Converted room off the third bedroom offers a twin over twin bunk bed. Ample for small adults but geared for children. Most bedrooms offer TVs, clothing storage, and luggage racks. The owners have furnished with children and family friendly amenities including children dinnerware, crib, sleeping bags, pack 'n play, and board games. Outside on the patio you'll find additional sitting and dining space along with a propane grill and firepit so don't forget the smores! The location is key to this unit being at the opening of the cabin development making it a quick walk to the resort and waterpark.

There is parking space for 2 vehicles in the driveway and additional parking lots and dedicated boat and trailer parking areas.
Cancelation Policy – Okoboji Vacation has set this policy with you in mind. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 60 days prior to your arrival with a full refund. If you need to cancel between 59 days and 30 days you will receive a 50% refund. Within 30 days of your arrival no refunds are given. Additional terms and conditions may apply with various channels (VRBO, [hidden according to Airbnb content policy], AirBNB)

This amenity provides you quality linens that are in place and ready for your use upon your arrival. These linens are laundered in a commercial setting that uses only dye-free soaps assuring all guests a comfortable stay.
With all Okoboji Vacation properties, we think of the little things to make your vacation special, with a starter pack of 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 rolls of kitchen paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner packets, face bar soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent. Included in your cleaning fee is the above toiletry starter pack, propane replacement, concierge and access to our Host Store.
We also offer a range of supplemental services and items including early check-in/late check-out, hangover kits, or fresh flowers for a romantic getaway. Need a pack n’ play or toddler cot, pack of bottled water, firewood, etc? These are available for a small additional fee on our Host Store (email sent before arrival) and will be waiting in the home on your arrival.

Advanced Payment of 50% is due at the time of booking. Remaining Balance due 30 days prior to your arrival. Failure to remit final rental payment by scheduled due date may result in cancellation of your reservation
All payments are refundable prior to the cancelation due dates. To protect your rental investment, we strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, no shows, or cleaning or maintenance concerns. If present and reported, all cleaning or maintenance concerns will be corrected promptly.
Service fees may apply to guests who reserve online with a third party booking website. Third party services fees are not controlled nor collected by Okoboji Vacation Company, and as such are not reflected on reservation statements provided by Okoboji Vacation Company.
A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged to the traveler if canceled between 60 days and 31 days prior to arrival. Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival will result in no refund.
A refundable security deposit of $300 may be charged on reservations. Guests will be responsible for all intentional damage to include but not limited to broken items, soiled or misplaced linens, loss of keys, theft, or failure to remove garbage from the property, or leaving the property excessively dirty. Confetti or glitter is not allowed in the property.
Property is privately owned and is not managed by Bridges Bay Resort. Therefore, no refunds will be given for resort amenities not being available or under construction (notice will be given by Okoboji Vacation Company).
