The property sits directly on the bay and is only one short block from the ocean, giving you easy access to both the beach and the bay. Spend your mornings by the water, your afternoons on the sand, and your evenings enjoying the warm breeze and gorgeous sunset views from the large bayfront deck.
For your convenience, we provide 4 beach badges, beach chairs, and access to a shared kayak at no additional cost. The kayak can be launched right from the backyard, making it easy to enjoy time on the bay. The nearby beach is wide, well-maintained, and has lifeguards on duty during the high season.
Inside, the home is bright, comfortable, and fully equipped for your stay. The kitchen includes everything you need for meals at home, and the living area features a comfortable sectional sofa and a flat-screen TV.
