Our home is a charming remodeled and expanded California cottage with a large stone terrace in the back that affords breathtaking views of the Bay.....as well as Angel Island, Tiburon, Belvedere, Mill Valley, Mt. Tamalpias and Sausalito itself. You can literally spend hours just enjoying the sunny weather in a chair, sipping your favorite drink, and watching boating activity on the Bay.
Accommodations for Five Persons: The home has a reverse floor plan, with kitchen, living room, dining area, and one bedroom upstairs....and you enter the home on that level from the street. Downstairs there are two bedrooms and an office area . The Master bedroom has large California King size bed and attached full bath, with spa-type tub and separate stall shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds and an attached full bath as well. Back upstairs: the third bedroom has a single twin-size bed and is adjacent to the upstairs full bath.
The kitchen has black granite countertops and comes fully equipped for cooking. The house is wired for broadband communications, WIFI and has streaming TV entertainment. There are books and travel literature to read and even toys for children. There is a fully equipped laundry room for your use. If desired, periodic housekeeping can be arranged.
From the home, it’s a short walk down the hill to Bridgeway and Caledonia, the two main streets of Sausalito, where there are many excellent restaurants and boutique shops.
Sausalito is a small town located just below the famous Golden Gate Bridge north of San Francisco. An easy 10-15 minutes drive south back across the GG Bridge brings you right into the heart of San Francisco....or forget the car and take the ferry or bus across. Ferry service takes you directly to Fisherman’s Wharf in San Francisco. Ideal location for seasonal travelers or visiting executives.
