The best realtor in town explained that the VRBO license lottery system in DLH is rigged which is why we have only a standard rental license that limits us to one guest per month (minimum ten night stay at $390 per night with the option before or during your visit to add up to 20 nights for only $100/night additional (which reduces the rate for a one month stay to $195/night).
