Upscale 3 bedroom, 3 bath retreat with 9 foot ceilings, crown molding, custom window treatments and custom tile throughout. The living area and master bedroom have a wall of windows for a great view of the crystal blue green waters and sandy beach. Open the doors off of the master bedroom and living room to your private Gulf Front balcony. Relax on the balcony listening to the waves roll in and watch the sun set over the water. The master bedroom has a plush King size bed, flat screen TV , Jacuzzi and separate walk in shower. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are also large and tastefully decorated; each has a TV, and there is a private bath adjacent to each bedroom. The spacious living area has a 60" large screen TV, w/Net Flix and a leather sleeper sofa. The Kitchen is well equipped with plenty of work space on the granite counter tops. Enjoy the complex amenities - Gulf front zero entry pool, sauna, exercise room overlooking the beach. Treat yourself and come stay with us. You will be pleasantly surprised.
