This fully equipped home boasts a large master suite with queen bed, large wardrobe closet system and spacious master bath with walk in tub. The second bedroom features a queen bed, a sitting area and has its own bath. Sliding doors lead into a peaceful outdoor patio with awning. A comfortable sleep-sofa in the private den (pocket doors) provides a third bedroom and completes your beach retreat. Updated internet connections throughout. Large fenced yard is perfect for fun and family time. Two screened outdoor patios and front awning for shade and relaxation. Grill, beach chairs, bicycles, beach wagon and paddleboard are provided. Pool is located at the Lido Beach Park & Pavilion a few blocks away. (Currently closed due to COVID but expected to reopen in 2021). Enjoy walking the beaches, shelling, paddle boarding and gorgeous evening sunsets. Weekly, Monthly or Seasonal rental available. Non-smoking.
