It is ~830 acres, and boasts excellent fishing! Lewiston is central to snowmobile/UTV trails, state land, and 4 Championship golf courses! It can be an easy day trip to wineries, and all to the amenities that Northern Michigan offers. The property is walking distance to a park with a beach and playground. It is also a quick stroll into town for coffee, shopping, and restaurants.
This unique property is a duplex, but it can also be rented together as a full 4B/2B home. Each side of the duplex has it’s own locked entrance into the living areas which have a kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Each unit will sleep 5 adults comfortably, or 6 if there are children. There is also a full family room, dining and smart TV when you want to be inside. The outside space has a privacy wall between units. There is a patio table, outside seating, gas grill and a firepit. There is a shared dock, so bring your boat or kayak if you want to explore this beautiful, clear lake.
