Beautiful sandy beach that's great for kids and swimming. From the DNR: Round Lake: Northern Pike, Walleye, LM Bass are present, and Panfish are abundant. Gandy Dancer Trail: This 98 mile recreational trail follows the old Soo Line railroad grade from St. Croix Falls north to Superior. The trail passes through Burnett, Douglas and Polk Counties in Wisconsin and Pine County in Minnesota. Direct snowmobile access to trail by crossing the lake. Quiet roads for summer access. Paddle boat and three canoes provided, life-jackets. Bunk house available in summer for extra sleeping capacity outside of the main cabin.
