The main/master bedroom has a nice king -sized bed, and an amazing master bathroom is huge walk-in shower and double showerheads and 55' flat screen TV while the remaining 3 bedrooms are furnished with queen-sized beds, comfortable for sleeping 8
people.
The living room is furnished with everything reclining leather sofas and 55' flat screen TVs
The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with everything.
Come and enjoy an afternoon of fun and relaxing in the pool and Hot Tub, however be aware that the months from October through March will not be warm in the pool as I heat the pool by Solar but it does cool down at night considerably so the pools will not be warm during these winter months however the weather in Redding is beautiful in the winter months
Spend the day away enjoying nearby attractions. There are wonderful restaurants and don’t miss your visit to View 202 overlooking the Sacramento River the food is amazing 😉
The cleaning fee is $250 for your weekly stay, if you’re staying longer than a week and you would like the housekeeper to come you would have to pay her separately?
