The interior of the home is updated with bright and modern nautical décor. From the 2nd story deck you can watch the sailboats by day and the Newport bridge twinkle at night. Just steps from Little Beach, perfect for kids or your after-dinner cocktails. Launch your boat or kayaks less than a mile from, the larger and more private, Kelly Beach.

This house was renovated in the summer of 2020. You will be presented with brand new floors, crisp paint, and chic furniture for you and your guests. It's hard to decide whether the modern beach-inspired kitchen or the stunning water views are the crown jewel of this 2400+ square foot home. The second floor hosts the open concept kitchen, dining, and living spaces and access to the deck. On this floor there is a two bedroom suite connected by a central hallway where you will find a full bathroom. On the third floor the grand Primary Bedroom with serene water views runs the full length of the home. It provides a private full bathroom, seating area, and walk in closets. Three other bedrooms and a full bathroom sit on the top floor each with their own unique nautical style.
**Bed sheets, bath towel sets, hand towels, kitchen towels, and bathmats will arrive in a big linen bag at your doorstep. The items are packaged in plastic to ensure that each renter is given a fresh set for their stay. This will mean making the beds, as I like to make sure that is understood as part of our efforts to put our renters' minds at ease regarding the cleanliness of the linens. Starter supplies are provided with each rental. Starter sets include at least: one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one dishwasher pod, one laundry pod, three trash bags, a new sponge, and small bars of hand soap in each bathroom. Guests will need to bring anything they'll need beyond those starter supplies.
