The Space:
The large eat in kitchen has a huge picture window and is the perfect place to gather after a day exploring. The modern kitchen has all new appliances including dishwasher and electric range.
Well stocked kitchen with all the necessary cooking/serving items including cookware, pots, pans, plates, bowls, glasses, mugs and silverware.
There is seating for up to ten at the dining table, plenty of space for all to enjoy home cooked meals! .
The living room has a large Smart TV with streaming capabilities. You can log into your streaming apps on the TV such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc.
In total, there are four (4) bedrooms to accommodate guests during your stay, for easy planning, here are the bedroom layouts:
Bedroom 1: main level, 2 full size beds
Bedroom 2: main level, 2 full size bed
Bedroom 3: main level, 1 full size bed
Bedroom 4: upstairs master suite with ensuite bathroom, king bed plus a full size futon.
There are two bathrooms in the house, one on each floor. The first floor guest bath has a tub/shower combo and the second floor bathroom is ensuite and has tub/shower combo.
Outdoors is where you can truly experience the Berkshires. Outside you’ll find a deck, gas grill, and plenty of seating.
Other things to note:
-Central AC to keep the house cool during the summer.
-Two stairs to the front door. The main living space plus bedrooms are on this level so this is a perfect house for those with limited mobility.
-Three main level bedrooms have rugs while the rest of the house has hardwood flooring
-Plenty of parking in the driveway.
-Washer/dryer for guests to use.
-Hotel quality linens and towels, as well as shampoo, conditioner and body wash all provided for our guests.

The Neighborhood:
Williamstown is a beautiful rural college town in the Northern Berkshires (northwestern Massachusetts) about an hour east of Albany and 45 minutes south of Bennington, VT. There are plenty of outdoor activities and also excellent museums and cultural events. There are easily accessible hiking trails behind the Clark Art Institute Museum including Stone Hill; as well as numerous trails for all levels (a trail map is at the house). Museums minutes away from the house include the Clark Art Institute, Mass MoCA in North Adams, and the Williams College Museum of Art. There is the Williamstown Theater festival in the summer and the Solid Sound and Fresh Grass music festivals at Mass MoCA. There is local downhill skiing at Jiminy Peak) and Bromley ski resort is about an hour away in VT. There is also terrific cross country skiing both in Williamstown and nearby southern Vermont. Zoar Outdoor Whitewater is nearby. The foliage in the fall is unmatched. Hancock Shaker Village is under 40 min away.
