The home features 3 bedrooms with 2.5 baths. The SW exposure has lots of natural daylight with beautiful wooded lake views from all rooms. A full kitchen with Wolf and SubZero appliances is provided along with a dining area for 8. The Master BR has a King bed plus a twin bed and full bath that includes a soaking tub and separate shower. BR2 has a Queen bed with a 1/2 bath and BR 3 has two extra long full beds with a 3/4 bath. The paver driveway and garage provide plenty of parking space. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee or watch the sunset from your screened in porch.
The home includes a private funicular with dock for fishing and boating. If you want to bring your own boat, a public boat launch is only one block away.
