There is an expansive covered porch, facing the lake, that will invite you to sit and enjoy the magnificent views, take a ride in your boat or watch the family enjoy the clear water and sandy bottom of amazing Walloon Lake. Relax and catch up with your friends and family or just enjoy a good book. It has 131 feet of frontage on Walloon Lake and boasts a new dock for your use so feel free to bring your water crafts. There is a public launch in the Village of Walloon Lake, a short drive away. There is a fire pit to enjoy evening camp fires and marshmallows and a gas grill and a charcoal grill for outdoor cooking. In the house, there is a wood burning fireplace in the living area to take the chill off if needed (firewood is provided). The large dining table will easily seat 10 guests and the kitchen and pantry provide space for preparing meals for your group. The sleeping porch has a sofa bed and is located on the main floor as is 1 of the bathrooms. The rest of the bedrooms with ample sleeping space are located upstairs as is the 2nd bath.
