Parking within premises. You can enjoy the confort of a centralized AC and heater. A complete oven and stove and dual door fridge. Guest can check in any time after 3:00 pm. We offer the confort of arriving without the pressure of getting into the house at a specific time. Right now we are just offering stays with a minimum of 30 days length. Our cleaning rate covers an additional cleaning that we are willing to offer at the middle of the stay. Guests have the option to discard that at their own expense.
Bedding and towels are provided for personal use. Cleaning rugs and floor towels are provided for other purposes.
Cleaning fees cover basic cleaning. Deep cleaning or tough stains may inquire in an additional cost.
