3 Bedroom House in South Glens Falls

Totally renovated 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath home in a quiet cul de sac. Includes a fully finished basement for extra guests if necessary. 2 bedrooms have queen beds, 1 has a full bed. Full season sunroom overlooking the pool area. (Pool is seasonal , Early May through late September) Beautiful inground heated pool /central air for hot summer nights and a gas fireplace for colder months.
Home is centrally located 15 miles to the north of Saratoga and 15 miles to the south of Lake George. Less than 15 minutes to West Mountain Ski Area, less than 1 hour to Gore Mountain Ski Center, and less than 2 hours to Killington Mountain.
Very private fenced back yard with a fire pit area near the pool.
