Brand new stylish, comfortable, relaxing home with air conditioning. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place near the Golf Course. Only 19 minutes away from the Santa Fe Plaza, 45 minutes away from Los Alamos, 8 minutes away from Meow Wolf, and 1 hour away from Santa Fe Ski. Home is located near local favorites New Mexican restaurants and various food trucks. Please make sure you add the correct amount of guests staying in the property. Prices vary on amount of guests and pets. There is a maximum limit of 2 dogs per stay. There is a $30 charge per pet per night. Additional guests are strictly not allowed and will result in additional charges.
- Absolutely no parties regardless of the event. Police will get involved if parties are executed and you will receive a fine of $500.
- Visitors are not allowed in the house, or charges could be generated for extra guests; keep in mind that the house is monitored by outdoor surveillance cameras. Please be respectful of the property.
- Be mindful of quiet hours starting at 9pm to 9am.
- Absolutely no campfires or fires of any sort.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house or else you will incur a $200 fine.
- For those with electric cars, you cannot charge your car using any port within the home, this will result in a $100 fee.
- The garage is not available. We have a driveway for a maximum of 2 cars.
- Dishes that are left dirty after your departure will result in a $50 fee.
- Guests are expected to rinse the plates that they used before placing them into the dishwasher since the dishwasher can clog up.
- Anything that is broken by a guest must be paid for by the guest
- Check out has to be in time, we will charge $50 for each hour past the check out time.
- Always be responsible of your pet if you plan on bringing one and immediately pick up after your pet.
