The house is in the perfect location, with walkable access to two beaches...walk down the hill to peaceful North Beach in just 3 minutes, or to the sands of Hampton Beach in only 10 minutes. The walk to the bustling Hampton Boardwalk gives access to many restaurants & shops, a long sandy beach, and arcades! This beach haven is nicely appointed with two flat screen TVs, wireless internet, AC, dishwasher, washer, dryer, and ceiling fans. There are 4 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and a finished basement that the kids will love, where there is a queen sleeper sofa, a large flat screen TV and lots of games. There is also a lovely backyard with a deck, grill, and tables & chairs to dine outside or relax! Plus an outdoor hot/cold water rinse station to clean off all the sand from your day at the beach. Two assigned parking spaces. NOTE: A small, well-behaved dog may be considered with PRIOR approval from owner. Absolutely NO SMOKING & NO CATS allowed due to owners' severe allergies.
