My home is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 3 bath home (queen beds in each room ) 2 fireplaces, amazing kitchen, radiant heat, washer/dryer, front and back yards, wonderful views and all that one needs to visit charming Santa Fe. Two tennis courts, a swimming pool, and a playground are available at the Community Center (approx 2 miles from our home). We are exactly 8 kilometers from town.
Each bedroom has its own full bath, the kitchen is amazing and all shared spaces are lovely.
Happy to either rent rooms separately or also happy to rent the entire house for 3200. Prefer no pets but open on a case by case basis
The weather in Santa Fe is just glorious, with perfectly sunny days almost year-round and not too hot in the summer. There is no humidity and no bugs, with cool summer evenings (we are at 7500 feet/2000m elevation, after all!). No need for air conditioning, but we have ceiling fans in all rooms. Most people do not have air conditioning in Santa Fe.
If you like hiking, this is the place! We are a few minutes from beautiful Galisteo Basin, Eldorado Basin Preserve, the Ski Basin and trails are close, in addition to many, many other amazing hiking areas. Many day trips from this location!
We are near Bandelier National Monument, the famous Santa Fe Opera, 5 hours from the Grand Canyon, Mesa Verde National Park and 6 from Rocky Mountain. We are close to the santa fe ski basin and an hour and 1/2 from Taos and close to many wonderful restaurants, outdoor hiking, biking and trails. We have a community pool that can be used in the summer! A close by library, a farmers market in the summer, lots of restaurants and amenities.
