Beautiful, spacious 4 bedroom lake home on the world famous Chippewa Flowage! Newly constructed home is on the shores of Chief Lake and has multiple common areas inside and out to enjoy. Pets allowed (additional fee required)! Ample trailer parking, 20 minute drive to Hayward or Stone Lake. Very peaceful, serene setting with lots of room to make memories! Equipped with beautiful furniture; comfortable beds; covered and open patio areas with fabulous outdoor seating and a firepit to enjoy!
You will walk into a beautiful home where you will find a gourmet kitchen equipped with all of the kitchen appliances you will need. There is a huge amount of counter space and you will love the island with bar stool seating or be comfortable gathered around the spacious dining room table.
While cooking, you can visit with family gathered around the fireplace in the common living room area, all of which is open concept.
In the summer months, you will spent most of your time in the screen porch that provides access to a large deck area with plenty of seating (and chairs like no other) or a great space for your morning coffee; happy hour or meal!
Also on the main level, is the Master Bedroom which has a Sleep Number, king bed along with two cozy reading chairs and an attached full bathroom with walk-in shower. You will also enjoy a large Smart TV with Hulu and patio door access to the upper deck area which offers a sunrise view like no other. There is a very large chest of drawers in this area, but no closet in this room for hanging clothes or suitcases.
There is also a guest bedroom on this level which has a queen bed. The television is this room is also a smart TV and has a small closet for your storage needs.
Next door to this bedroom and just off the open concept common area is a full bathroom which includes a bathtub/shower combination.
There is also a coat closet for you to use as well as the laundry area, equipped with a washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.
As you travel down to the lake level, you will also find a large common area with a second gas fireplace as well as a wet bar with a wine fridge and ice maker! This room also has a large, Smart TV as well as two comfy recliners, a conversation area with a nice, L shaped sectional and a pub table, perfect for your daily cribbage game.
In addition to the third full bath with a walk in shower right off the common area, there are two more bedrooms on the lower level.
The first has a lake view and is equipped with a queen bed, large dresser and a closet with drawers built in. You can also enjoy Hulu from the Smart TV that this bedroom is equipped with.
The final bedroom features a queen bed as well as twin bunk beds, perfect for a family. This room also has a nice closet space, but no smart TV in this room as this room is ideal for naps and a good night sleep, free of distractions.
The lower level offers a cement patio area with an outdoor dining table and offers shade and a combination gas/charcoal grill for you to use, unless you would prefer to cook over an open fire which is an option for you as well as you gather around the fire pit.
This is a perfect get a way in close proximity to many of the famous eateries and landmarks on the Chippewa Flowage -- and yes, bring your pet friends, but we do charge an additional amount for the enhanced cleaning that we do at the time of your departure. Pets must be contained on a leash and owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets daily.
We do have a seven day minimum stay requirement Memorial Day thru Labor Day, as well as that same requirement the week of the famed Berkie ski race. After that time period, we do require a four day minimum stay.
